 At the helm of our organization is Alycia Andreadakis, serving as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a deep understanding of mental health and addiction services, Alycia provides strategic direction and oversees the overall operations of our foundation. Her role is crucial in strengthening our ability to deliver effective services and fostering collaborations with local organizations and stakeholders. Alycia's leadership is instrumental in fostering a culture of compassion and excellence throughout the organization.  She ensures that our programs are not only evidence-based but also tailored to meet the unique needs of the Capital Region's dual-diagnosed and homeless populations. 

Beth Telkamp, our VP, plays a key role in shaping our programs and building strong community partnerships, and plays a vital role in our day to day operations. She brings valuable experience in developing services that truly meet the needs of our clients. Beth focuses on using proven methods and new ideas to make sure our programs provide real, effective support for people facing homelessness and dual diagnosis challenges. Her work helps turn best practices into real solutions, making our services both effective and easy to access.

 Rounding out our executive team is Ieshia Lake, our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ieshia oversees our financial planning and ensures the responsible management of our resources, which is vital for the sustainability of our non-profit organization. Her knowledge in financial management and budgeting allows us to maximize the impact of every dollar donated and maintain transparency in our operations. Ieshia's strategic financial planning enables us to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality services while also planning for future growth and expansion. Her ability to navigate the complex financial landscape of non-profit organizations is crucial in maintaining our fiscal health and ensuring long-term sustainability. 

 The day-to-day operations of Patrick R Foundation Corporation are managed by Tana Nieves-Andreadakis, our Chief Operating Officer (COO). Tana ensures the smooth functioning of our halfway house and court-mandated programs. Her experience is instrumental in creating a supportive environment for our clients and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Tana's keen attention to detail and ability to streamline processes contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. Her hands-on approach to management ensures that our facilities are not only well-maintained but also conducive to the healing and growth of our clients. 

 Haley Hall, the Grant Director at Patrick R Foundation is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing grant funding opportunities to support the foundation’s mission. This role involves researching potential funding sources, writing compelling grant proposals, maintaining relationships with grant-making organizations, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The Grant Director collaborates closely with internal teams to align funding strategies with organizational goals and programmatic needs. 

 Amelia Wisehart is Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).  She leads our outreach efforts and develops strategies to raise awareness about our services and mission. Her role is crucial for expanding our impact in the community, attracting potential donors, and building partnerships with other organizations. She use an innovative approach to marketing helps us reach those in need and educate the public about the importance of our work. Through targeted campaigns and community engagement initiatives, she ensures that Patrick R Foundation Corporation remains visible and accessible to those who can benefit from our services. Amelia's knowledge in digital marketing and social media allows us to leverage modern communication channels effectively, reaching a broader audience and fostering a sense of community around our cause.
