We are committed to offering compassionate, person-centered care that helps individuals regain their dignity and stability, and put them on a path toward lasting wellness and independence.

About Patrick R
Our Shining Star-Gone but not Forgotten
Patrick was fondly known as Patty the Platypus in Online meetings. He suffered from both addiction as well as mental health afflictions for a long time. In November 2024 he lost his battle with mental health when he took his own life; he was 38 years young. He was forever striving to help those who suffered with dual diagnosis to better themselves and their lives. He was a bright light in the lives of all those who knew him.
